Description

Empire State Development (ESD) is seeking proposals from law firms with expertise in real estate and land use law, including litigation capabilities. The selected firms will represent ESD on large scale real estate and land use matters such as acquisition, sale, leasing, licensing, development, financing, taxation, land use controls, and related disputes. This Supplemental RFQ aims to pre-qualify additional firms to maintain a robust list of legal counsel available for engagement on short notice. Firms must agree to ESD's maximum hourly rate structure and comply with various contractual and diversity requirements.
