Description
The 42d Contracting Squadron, on behalf of the 23rd Flying Training Squadron at Cairns AAF, Fort Rucker, AL is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing a complete, turnkey audio-visual (AV) system upgrade for Baker Auditorium and expanding AV capabilities into the adjacent Heritage Room.
The Government requires a contractor to engineer, de-install the existing outdated equipment, furnish, install, and integrate a modern, non-proprietary AV solution. The new system must provide multi-zone audio/video management, secure briefing isolation capabilities, and user-friendly control for both local presentations and Unified Communications (UC) events (e.g., MS Teams).
