Description

This is a Pre-Solicitation requesting Vendor feedback on the Request for Proposal (RFP), SOW, and other artifacts for the Secretary of State (SOS) Notary Automation Project. The California Department of Technology, on behalf of the California Secretary of State, is seeking proposals from qualified Bidders to design, develop, implement, maintain, and support a solution for California's Notary Automation Project 2.0 (NAP 2.0 Project). The new cloud-based NAP 2.0 Solution will replace California’s current Legacy NAP System and ancillary data sources and will be planned, developed, tested, and deployed in phases. The Legacy NAP System currently stores and maintains critical notary public commission data, images of public official signatures, processes Apostille requests, and stores information related to notary education vendors and seal manufacturers.
