Description

The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) intends to enter into a sole-source agreement with Westmatic for the provision of proprietary parts and services used within the Authority. RGRTA has determined that Westmatic is the only known vendor capable of providing these proprietary products. The notice invites any firm that believes it can supply the specified products to notify RGRTA. If no other firm responds, RGRTA will proceed with the sole-source agreement.
