Description
The Western Catskills Community Revitalization Council, Inc. is seeking proposals from licensed, qualified engineers or firms to provide engineering services for the HOME Manufactured Home Replacement Program. The selected individual or firm will provide stamped, scaled site plans for new manufactured home installations, design concrete slab foundations meeting HUD standards, assess existing septic systems, and design new septic systems if needed. The scope also includes certification of septic system installations and consultation with contractors and staff. The program aims to replace six dilapidated manufactured homes across Delaware, Greene, and Schoharie Counties over two years, ending June 30, 2028.
