This solicitation is for a Small Business Minor B contract to install End of Queue Systems in Alameda County. The contractor must be a certified Small Business under section 2-1.05. Bids over $484,000.00 will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment bonds and insurance are required at the time of award if the company is the low bidder and awarded the contract.
