Description
Competitive sealed proposals are being solicited from qualified subcontractors by the Construction Manager, Harper & Company Builders, Inc. and Charles E. Lewis Construction Co., Inc., Joint Venture, for renovations to WW2 Hangar #2 (North Hangar) and WW2 Hangar #3 (South Hangar) located in Douglas, Georgia. The work includes roofing, trim, painting, and caulking as specified in the proposal packages 7A, 7B, and 9A. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 PM on June 18, 2026, at City of Douglas City Hall. A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 2, 2026, but attendance is not mandatory.
