Description

The Calgary Public Library is requesting proposals from highly qualified flooring contractors to provide full service, comprehensive, professional, and environmentally responsible flooring construction and renovation services for small to medium size projects. The work must comply with the Terms and Conditions and Statement of Work provided. The contract duration is 36 months, starting from July 7, 2026. This procurement is conducted under the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and uses a competitive open bidding process.
