Description

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for as-needed maintenance or repairs to kitchen equipment and preventative maintenance on all ice machines at Lufkin State Supported Living Center. Both HHSC and DSHS agencies will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. An optional on-site visit is scheduled to review the IFB requirements and conduct a facility walk-through. The contract is anticipated to start on September 1, 2026, with responses due by May 25, 2026.
