The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit proposals for Supply & Installation of Load Banks as per attached statement of work.

Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt.

Payment terms: within 2-3 weeks upon satisfactory completion of services.

Bids valued $30,000.00 or above vendors must possess an active SAM registration. Guidelines for SAM registration attached.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
