The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Singapore intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the Mid-Term Availability (MTA) requirement for USNS SALVOR (T-ARS 52).
The Contractor shall provide all necessary management, planning, document preparation, engineering, procurement, material, support services, labor, supplies, prefabrication, and equipment to perform the specified MTA repairs, maintenance, and alterations.
Period of Performance: 21 April 2027 – 19 June 2027 (tentative)
Place of Performance: Contractor shipyard in the U.S. 7th Fleet AOR

To be eligible for award, the offeror must have an active registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov). Firms with inactive registrations will not be considered for award. Firms must be authorized to do business in the country of performance.
Firms interested in this requirement, or those seeking to provide a capability statement, are highly encouraged to contact the Primary Point of Contact listed below no later than fifteen (15) calendar days after the issue date of this synopsis notice. The Government will only accept electronic submission of interest and/or capability. Telephone or fax submissions will not be accepted.
The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice.
