S120 Vertical Platform Lift in Building 217) - Products/Services Requested: - Full maintenance, inspection, and repair services for: - 1 ThyssenKrupp 3-stop elevator (Building 212, Warehouse) - 1 Concord/Savaria P.A.L. S120 Vertical Platform Lift (Building 217, Library) - Services include routine and emergency calls, inspections per ASME A17.1, and compliance with federal/state regulations - Contractor must provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor - Excludes alterations, vandalism, cosmetic repairs, and certain ancillary components - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be licensed in Montana - Performance metrics for elevator availability, response times, and service quality - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 238290 - Firm fixed price contract with a base year plus four option years - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four one-year option periods (total of five years) - Place of Performance: - Glacier National Park, West Glacier, MT (specifically Building 212 and Building 217)
