This Pre‑Solicitation Notice announces the Government’s intent to issue multiple contract actions (BPA Orders) for equipment rental services across various locations in the INDOPACOM AOR from May 2026 – March 2027. Anticipated performance locations include, but are not limited to, the Philippines, Palau, Thailand, Mongolia, Guam, Singapore, Brunei, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Indonesia. The first anticipated contract action is projected to begin as early as May 2026. The services required under these BPA Orders will include the rental of heavy equipment, both with and without operators; Non-drivable rental equipment and tools; and rental equipment with crews, such as firetrucks.
