Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) program intends to procure 20,000 rounds of super dense, non-toxic 3in 12ga 00 buckshot to support feral swine elimination.
This solicitation will result in a one-time commercial purchase order. Delivery FOB destination to San Antonio, TX within 14 days of order. The anticipated effective date of the contract is May 8, 2026. This will be a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 332992 (size standard 1,300 employees). The solicitation package will be issued via email IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.201-1(c)(2). Evaluation will be IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.203(a) Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Basis for award will be best value to the government; comparative evaluation of quotations will be used. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration by the specified response deadline.
