The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) requires custodial and related services for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) leased space at the Ted Stevens International Airport, Anchorage, AK.

This sole source action is justified under 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1 (RFO-2025-06), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
