Description

The Fort Hood Health Contracting Branch (FHHCB), Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West (MRCO-W), Army Health Contracting Activity, MEDCOM, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Anyone Not Ready LLC for Moulage Training and Services, under authority of FAR § 12.102(a), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization. This is for an Moulage Training and Services to support CRDAMC, Fort Hood, Texas, 76544. Award will be on or about 15 May 2026.
