The U.S. Air Force at Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi, is seeking a contractor for the 2026 Freedom Fest event to provide rental tents, tables, and chairs, including delivery, setup, and removal services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 14th Flying Training Wing Financial Management and Accounting (14 FTW FMA), Columbus Air Force Base - Contracting office: FA3022 14 CONS LGCA - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 24 tents (including: - 11 x 20x40 tents or equivalent larger - 11 x 10x10 pop-up tents - 2 x 20x20 tents with ballast blocks or sandbags) - 1,100 folding plastic chairs (black or white) - 150 rectangular 8-foot folding tables - All items to be delivered, set up, and removed by the contractor - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation - Setup and teardown must adhere to safety and operational guidelines - Delivery and setup between July 1 and July 4; teardown and removal from July 5 to July 6 - 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 532289 - Evaluation based on technical capability, past performance, and price - Active SAM registration required - No specific OEMs or brands are specified; generic commercial rental equipment is acceptable

Tents Tables and Chairs Rental for Columbus AFB

The goal of this requirement is to rent tents, tent blocks, chairs, and tables for the 2026 Columbus AFB Freedom Fest at the Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus, Mississippi in July 2026. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to delivery, set up, and subsequently tear down and remove rental tents, tables, and chairs in accordance with the specifications, timeline, and location detailed in the Statement of Work.

A completed Quote and Capability Statement shall be submitted via email to trayona.love@us.af.mil and CC’d to SSgt Dylan Booth, dylan.booth.1@us.af.mil no later than 12:30 PM CDT on 20 May 2026 for consideration.

Please do not copy and paste the Statement of Work. The Government is not obligated to accept any Quotes or Capability Statement or to answer any questions submitted after the deadline. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor the solicitation posted herein for amendments issued in reference to this requirement. Any potential amendments will be posted in the same fashion as the solicitation and detailed within the description. All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the offeror ineligible for award.
