Description
Tents Tables and Chairs Rental for Columbus AFB
The goal of this requirement is to rent tents, tent blocks, chairs, and tables for the 2026 Columbus AFB Freedom Fest at the Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus, Mississippi in July 2026. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to delivery, set up, and subsequently tear down and remove rental tents, tables, and chairs in accordance with the specifications, timeline, and location detailed in the Statement of Work.

All contractors who provide goods/services to the DoD must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). Failure to comply with SAM registration will deem the offeror ineligible for award.
