The U.S. Air Force's 81st Communications Squadron at Keesler Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide high-capacity commercial internet and VOIP telephone services for the base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 81st Communications Squadron, 81 CONS CC - Products and Services Requested: - Commercial broadband internet service with initial 10Gb bandwidth, scalable up to 50Gb - Monthly service for base and four 12-month option periods (total potential duration: 5 years) - Service delivered to Base Communications building 2801 - Commercial VOIP telephone service - Guest account management for Wi-Fi, including user agreements and content filtering - Service maintenance, with outage response within 4 hours and restoration within 8 hours - Complaint response and monthly status reporting - Submission of quality control and safety plans after award - Notable Requirements: - 99% service uptime required - Security, safety, and operational continuity emphasized - Bandwidth must be expandable in increments (10Gb, 20Gb, 30Gb, 40Gb, 50Gb) - Contractor must manage guest access and content filtering - Strict response times for outages and complaints - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are named; the requirement is for commercial-grade internet and VOIP services. - Place of performance is Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, Mississippi, with service delivered to the Base Communications building.

All site visit participants must have a base pass in order to attend. Unless you already have base access i.e. retired military ID card or have a current badge/pass due to an ongoing contract held on Keesler AFB, a pass must be obtained from the Keesler AFB visitor center. Participation is limited to NO MORE THAN 2 representatives from a company. An email containing the full name (as it appears on their REAL identification card) of each site visit attendee must be sent to stacey.zawalski@us.af.mil no later than 12 May 2026 at 9:30 a.m. CST. In order to gain access to the base to attend the site visit you must have a form of REAL ID-compliant identification, and if driving, vehicle registration and vehicle proof of insurance document.

Participants may pickup their pass from the visitor center at Division Street Gate entrance to Keesler AFB at least two (2) hours before the site visit is scheduled. Visitor Center hours of operation are Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST and Friday 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. It is highly recommended to arrive at the visitor center at least two (2) hours before the scheduled start time of the site visit, as the average wait time at the visitor center can range from 45 to 90 minutes. The visitor center is normally the least busy between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. CST. Please plan to get your base pass early, as we do not want to delay the site visit start time due to waiting on participants to get their pass.

Participants will meet at 500 Fisher Street, Building 701, Keesler AFB, MS, 39534 on the specified date and time of the scheduled site visit.
