Description
The Public Service Commission (PSC) requires database administrator support services for Oracle and MS SQL Server environments. The services will support in-operations while adhering to SDLC and ITIL Change Management processes. Objectives include improving project completion, responding to challenges with a contingent workforce, enhancing maintenance efficiency, eliminating deprecated technology, and preparing for cloud transformation. The contract duration is 36 months with a procurement method of Competitive – Selective Tendering and selection based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
