The National Cancer Institute (NCI), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), is seeking maintenance and support services for 22 government-owned Becton Dickinson (BD) Flow Cytometer instruments. - Government Buyer: - Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - National Institutes of Health (NIH) - National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR) - Office of Mission Acquisition Solutions (OMAS), Office of Acquisition (OA) - OEM Highlight: - Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD Biosciences) is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) - Products/Equipment Covered: - 22 BD Flow Cytometer instruments, including: - FACSymphony A5, A3, S6, A3 SORP - LSR Fortessa (3-Laser SORP, SORP, X-20, 3Laser B, R, V) - FACSAria Fusion, FACSAria III - FACSCanto II - Specific part numbers and models are listed for each instrument - Services Requested: - Preventive maintenance (two planned inspections per year) - Emergency on-site repair services during business hours - Replacement parts (OEM new or certified remanufactured) - Software updates - Technical support (24/7 general support, clinical support during business hours) - All labor, materials, travel, and related charges included - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All services must be performed onsite at multiple NIH campus locations in Bethesda, MD - Maintenance includes system components such as autoloaders and lasers - Only OEM (Becton Dickinson) parts and certified remanufactured parts are acceptable - Place of Performance: - NIH Main Campus, Bethesda, Maryland (multiple buildings and rooms specified) - Contract Structure: - One-year base period with three one-year option periods (total potential duration: four years)
