Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Solicitation Number 140FGA26Q0024. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to complete a concrete asphalt patch remove and replace (R&R) on approximately 170 feet of the south lane on the Auto Tour Route South (FWS 012AZ) (also known as E. 64th Avenue) directly east of the Lower Derby Lake parking lot. This patch is approximately 170 feet long and 11 feet wide (the width of the south lane of this two-lane roadway). Specifically, the contractor will reconstruct the roadway in areas where the road was damaged (approximately 208 square yards of surface area):All work will be accomplished in accordance with the specifications.This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside In accordance with FAR 19.502-2.The NAICS Code: 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge ConstructionSmall Business Size Standard $45.0 million dollarsThis requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 36 Construction and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects (c) Between $2,000 and $25,000.
