Description
Fort Drum, New York has a requirement for Barrack Demolition. This requirement is set-aside 100% small business set aside under NAICS 238910 Site Preparation Contractors, size standard is $19 million. A site visit will be conducted on 14 May, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST. The meeting place will be held in Conference Room 103, located at 4205 Po Valley Rd, Fort Drum, NY 13602. To access Fort Drum, contractors shall be restricted to physically sign in at Paul Cerjan Gate for entry, unless they have a Department of Defense (DoD) issued ID card, a local temporary pass, or a local access badge (LAB). For contractors who do not have access will need to visit the welcome center Bldg. 11008 outside of Paul Cerjan (Main) gate with a picture identification (must be Real ID compliant), registration, and proof of insurance to gain a one-day pass.
