The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide rental, delivery, setup, servicing, and removal of portable latrines and hand washing stations at Fort Eustis, Virginia, and designated training areas. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Contracting Command, MICC FT MCCOY (RC), KO Directorate of Contracting, Fort McCoy, WI - Supported unit: 3rd Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary) - Products and Services Requested: - Rental of 20 portable latrines (standard commercial units, fully enclosed, well-ventilated, leak-proof, with urinals, toilet paper dispensers, and deodorizer solution) - Rental of 20 portable handwashing stations (standard commercial units with two sinks, soap and towel dispensers, separate fresh and greywater tanks) - Servicing of 4 latrine units and 4 handwashing station units (includes cleaning, pumping, trash removal, replenishment of supplies, and sanitation) - Delivery, setup, cleaning, maintenance, repair, and removal of all units - Service frequency on specified dates, with rapid response (within 8 hours) to maintenance requests and 24-hour repair or replacement - Inspection and resetting of units after severe weather events - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision - Compliance with a detailed performance work statement and performance standards (95% compliance required) - Maintain service and repair logs, submit daily and consolidated reports - Removal of all contractor property within one business day after contract period - Incentives and disincentives tied to performance and CPARS narratives - Submission of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemicals used - Compliance with government security and access requirements - No specific OEMs or brands are mandated; standard commercial products are acceptable - Set aside for small businesses, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB

Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to supply portable latrines and hand washing stations, in accordance with the performance work statement, and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and Resultant contract.
