Description

The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking detailed proposals from qualified consulting firms experienced in the investigation and design of building envelope systems for wood and steel-framed, stucco-clad structures. The scope includes comprehensive assessment of existing envelope assemblies to support phased remediation, evaluation of structural integrity and repair requirements, and full professional services such as reporting, design, permitting, tendering, and construction administration. The contract may be awarded in whole or in part, and additional follow-on work may be awarded without further competition. The CRD reserves the right not to respond to inquiries made less than seven days prior to closing and no oral conversation will modify the terms of the RFP.
