Description

The City of Rockville is soliciting proposals from qualified solar providers to design, furnish, install, operate, maintain, and decommission a turn-key installation of approximately 2.25 MW DC of rooftop and carport Solar Photovoltaic (PV) across 7 City facilities. The project requires experience in designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, constructing, interconnecting, and maintaining a solar PV system. The respondent is responsible for all permitting and licenses and should include the cost of all permitting in their proposal. Familiarity with PEPCO regulations, project financial analysis, and established on-site safety standards is required. The City reserves the right to modify the scope of the project at any time and does not intend to comply with FEOC restrictions nor utilize direct pay.
