Description

771ST Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (771 ESS) at Wright-Patterson AFB is releasing this RFI on behalf of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Family Advocacy Program (FAP). The purpose of this RFI is to assist the Government in conducting early market research to gain an understanding of industry’s capability and interest in supporting a requirement of this nature.  A brief description of the performance objective is below: 

The Government requires comprehensive, evidence-based Family Advocacy personal and non personal services to support service members and their families covers over 76 installations (59 conus/17OCONUS and 2.6M DAF Families). Core mission areas typically include,

Domestic abuse and child abuse prevention and education Behavorial Challenges in youth and children Victim advocacy and crisis intervention. Clinical assessment, counseling, and case management. New parent support and home visitation programs.

** These performance objectives are for example only to allow contractors to have a basic idea of this requirement.  A final Performance Work Statement will accompany the solicitation in the future with the total requirements for this service. **  

The Government is currently conducting market research to understand how industry providers structure, staff, and execute these complex, high-stakes support services in military or similarly demanding environments.
