Prices should be quoted excluding IVA.

SAM registration is required for award consideration.

The solicitation package, which includes specifications and instructions on how to submit the quote, is attached.

A mandatory site visit will be held on May 18 at 10.30am at ILEA San Salvador: Calle El Pedregal y Boulevard Cancilleria located in Antiguo Cuscatlan, La Libertad, El Salvador.

All questions and requests for additional information after the site visit must be submitted no later than May 21. Proposals are due on or before May 29, 2026 at 4.00pm local time, to: cotoab@state.gov
