The Illinois Army National Guard (ILARNG), under the Department of Defense and Department of the Army, is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive prepared meal catering services for annual training at Camp Dodge, Iowa. - Government Buyer: - United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Illinois Army National Guard (ILARNG), W7M6 USPFO ACTIVITY IL ARNG, Springfield, IL - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or commercial food brands are named; the opportunity is open to qualified catering and food service providers - Products/Services Requested: - Prepared meal catering services for military personnel during annual training - Approximately 2,415 total meals (breakfast and dinner) over a 10-11 day period - Daily breakdown: 110 regular, 3 vegetarian, and 2 no pork meals - Firm fixed price contract for 1,150 breakfasts and 1,265 dinners - Menu includes a wide variety of hot and cold food items (e.g., scrambled eggs, meats, vegetables, breads, desserts, beverages) - All paper plates, cups, flatware, napkins, condiments, and serving items must be provided - Delivery to Camp Dodge Main Gate, Johnston, IA, and 123rd Engineer Battalion, Milan, IL - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Strict adherence to food safety, temperature control, and sanitation standards - Compliance with security and access protocols at military facilities - Meals must be delivered no less than 30 minutes before service times - Menu and dietary accommodations (vegetarian, no pork) required - Set aside for small business participation (SBA) - All personnel, supervision, materials, and transportation to be provided by the contractor - Period of Performance: - Covers a 10- to 11-day period during annual training in FY26 - Recurring daily meal service for the duration of the training event

The Contractor shall furnish all personnel supervision, parts, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide prepared meals for the ILARNG.  See attached SOW for details.
