Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for brand name specific commercial items prepared in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is intended to result in the issuance of a singular firm fixed price award.
Solicitation Number N62789-26-Q-0020 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC-2026-01 with an effective date of 13 March 2026.
This is an 100% total small-business set aside using NAICS Code: 513210, size standard: $47,000,000.
CLIN 0001: Quantity (4) Mathcad Professional License. Mathcad Prime Individual license key "trusted products" are to be delivered in accordance with the statement of work. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
EVALUATION FACTORS FOR AWARD:
Quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability and price. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror. Offerors must provide Technical Qualification/Evidence of being an Authorized PTC MATHCAD PRIME reseller authorized for award under BPA N66001-19-A-0054 with their quotation. Omission of this will result in the submission being determined to be technically unacceptable.
Quotations are due prior to 8:00AM EST, 15 May 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
