This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516 The small business size standard is 1,000 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
See “Attachment 1 – SF-1449” for applicable clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria.
In order to be considered for award OFFERORS SHALL SUBMIT ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
Submit Firm Fixed Price quotation (quote on company letterhead) detailing description, PLACE OF MANUFACTURE, item pricing, total price including all pricing including, but not limited to DOB destination shipping , and valid for at least 60 days after receipt of quote. Submit attached SF-1449 with blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c, and individual Contract Line Items priced in full. Submit Sam.gov Unique Entity ID (UEI) with quotation. Submit Capability Statement and technical documentation showing technical capability to meet or exceed ALL salient characteristics in the Specifications.
REJECTION OF QUOTATION: Failure to demonstrate compliance or to submit ALL items requested in solicitation will be cause to reject the quote without further discussions.
DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
