The Air Force Test Center, AEDC PKP Procurement Branch, is seeking BASCO brand Plant Interstage Cooler Bundle Assemblies for use at Arnold Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC), AEDC PKP Procurement Branch - OEM Requirement: - BASCO is the required Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM); no substitutions or alternate brands will be accepted - Assemblies must be manufactured in the United States - Products/Quantities: - 5 VKF Plant Interstage Cooler Bundle Assemblies - Includes first and second stage fin tube construction bundles (X11, X12, X13, X14, X21, X22) - Includes shell and tube construction bundles (X71, X81, X91) - Designed to fit existing installation envelopes at AEDC - Must meet ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC) standards - Must include rigging points for installation - Documentation and Deliverables: - Engineering analysis, fabrication drawings, testing reports, and inspection reports required - Warranty: one year or manufacturer standard, whichever is longer - Vendor Submission Requirements: - BASCO reseller letter, CAGE Code, SAM UEI, size status, preliminary estimate, and lead time - Place of Performance: - Arnold Engineering Development Complex, Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee
Description
The Government is seeking sources for Plant Interstage Cooler Bundle Assemblies. This is not a solicitation. The Government will not pay for any expenses associated with this response. This is not an indiciation to start work.
This is a brand name requirement and other brands will not be accepted. The parts shall be made in the United States. See attached for full details.
Provide a BASCO reseller letter, CAGE Code and SAM UEI, size status, preliminary estimate, and lead time.
