Description

This Request for Bids (RFB) is an annual refresh opportunity for new bidders to join the Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for Office and Classroom Products, Print and Copy Paper, and Laser Toners effective June 21, 2025. The refresh adds a new category, Classroom Supplies, and is divided into four categories: Office Products, Print and Copy Paper, Laser Toners, and Classroom Products. Multiple vendors will be awarded for the first three categories, while the Classroom Supplies category will be awarded to a single vendor. Existing vendors cannot bid on categories they were previously awarded during the term of the Master Agreement. The arrangement is available to all ministries covered by the OPS Procurement Directive and optionally to non-OPS entities.
