St. Lucie County is seeking proposals from experienced companies to provide temporary emergency housing on a rental basis for displaced families following a disaster. The housing must require no foundation or structural assembly and be fully equipped with essential amenities including kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room, bedroom, AC, electricity, phone and/or internet connections, windows, doors, and insulated finished walls and ceiling. Proposers must have sufficient stock of ready-to-ship and ready-for-occupancy temporary housing units. The selected firm(s) will be responsible for setup at various locations as needed.
