Description

This bid is for the rental of bottled water, cups, and coolers for use in the Shelby County School System. The Shelby County Board of Education will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. The award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder meeting specifications, with consideration given to quality, conformity, and past service. The contract period is for one year beginning July 1, 2026, with an option to extend.
