Description

The City of Annapolis is soliciting sealed bids for mechanical services including preventive maintenance and on-call services for HVAC and plumbing building systems. The work covers equipment currently owned or facilities later acquired by the City. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. local time on May 29, 2026, to the Central Purchasing Office. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, award multiple contracts, and select the bid in the best interest of the City.
