The County of San Diego is soliciting bids for a Job Order Contract (JOC) No. 366 for a General Engineering Contractor. This competitively bid, firm fixed priced indefinite quantity contract includes a collection of detailed repair and remodel tasks with established unit prices. The contract covers repair, remodeling, alteration, modernization, maintenance, or rehabilitation work on buildings, structures, or other real property at various locations throughout the County. The contract term is one year or until the maximum contract value of $5,000,000 is expended, whichever occurs first.
