Description

The Piedmont Triad Regional Council (PTRC) on behalf of the Surry County Housing Consortium requests proposals from for-profit and nonprofit entities for affordable housing development activities. Proposals will be accepted for HOME eligible activities including the development of new multifamily, single-family homeowner, and rental or homeowner rehabilitation projects. Available funding includes up to $934,442.63 from the Federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program for rehabilitation and/or new construction in Surry, Davie, Stokes, and Yadkin Counties. Projects must meet all applicable federal HOME program regulations and incorporate a 25% match obligation with eligible non-federal match funds.
