Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District (EVMWD) is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for engineering, design, and environmental services related to the Skymeadows Zone 3300 6-inch Pipeline Replacement Project and the Skymeadows Suction Pipeline Replacement Project. The projects involve upsizing and replacing existing potable water pipelines to improve reliability and hydraulics of the Skymeadows Booster Pump Station. Services include preparing contract documents, utility research, hydraulic analysis, geotechnical investigations, surveying, permit acquisition, and CEQA documentation. The project is scheduled to start in August 2026 and complete by January 2028, with a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on May 13, 2026.
