Description

The Birdville Independent School District intends to select a Construction Manager-At-Risk (CMaR) firm(s) through a two-step Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. The procurement is for the construction of the 2026 Bond Projects as well as non-bond related construction, renovation, and maintenance. The district reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all CMAR RFQ submittals. Key dates include a question cut-off on May 11, 2026, and a close date on May 14, 2026. Interviews and proposal submissions for shortlisted firms are scheduled for later in May 2026.
