Description

This solicitation is an invitation for electronic proposals to establish a firm price agreement for a ¾ ton cargo van. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with one option to renew at the City's discretion. Vendors must submit their bids electronically by May 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM Dayton local time. The City of Dayton reserves the right to accept part or all of a bid and to reject any or all bids. Bids must include all shipping costs to the point of delivery and comply with all applicable laws regarding competitive bidding and conflict of interest.
