This solicitation is an invitation for bid (IFB) to set a firm price agreement for a Chrysler Pacifica Select or an acceptable equivalent vehicle. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, with one option to renew at the City's discretion. Vendors must submit electronic PDF bids by May 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM Dayton local time. The City of Dayton reserves the right to accept part or all of bids and to reject any or all bids as deemed in the City's best interest.
