The Town of Stonewall is soliciting quotes for the remedial excavation and transportation for off-site disposal of petroleum hydrocarbon (PHC) impacted soil at 500 – 4th Street East, Stonewall, Manitoba. The project includes mobilization, site preparation with temporary fencing, excavation and removal of approximately 200 m3 of unimpacted overburden and up to 176 m3 of PHC impacted soil, transportation and disposal at an approved Class 1 landfill, groundwater management, soil sampling, backfilling, and demobilization. The work must comply with the approved Remedial Plan by Manitoba Environment and Climate Change and all applicable safety and environmental regulations.
