This Request for Proposals is issued by the Town of Westlock to invite qualified and experienced consulting firms to submit proposals for the provision of a Commercial and Industrial Gap Analysis. The Project will assess current market conditions, identify gaps and opportunities in the commercial and industrial sectors, and deliver evidence-based recommendations to guide investment attraction and economic development programming. The Town seeks a consultant team with experience in retail market analysis and industrial land economics in Alberta or comparable western Canadian markets. Proponents may submit for one or both components, but the Town prefers to award the full Project to a single coordinated team.
