Description

Boone County Fiscal Court is seeking qualified professional consulting services to update the Union Park Master Plan. The updated plan will guide future parks and recreation services, facilities, and capital improvements based on demographic trends, public input, and evaluation of existing assets. The Master Plan will provide strategic direction regarding the operation and maintenance of existing assets, as well as recommendations for future park development and facility expansion to meet the needs of a growing community. The County will provide base mapping in digital ArcGIS format for use by the selected consultant. A Master Plan Advisory Committee will be established to work with the consultant and review project progress throughout the planning process.
