Port Tampa Bay (PTB) is seeking qualified respondents to provide environmental engineering consultant services on an as-needed basis under a continuing contract as defined by the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). The contract will cover general environmental engineering services for PTB. The solicitation includes a non-mandatory pre-qualification teleconference scheduled for March 19, 2026.
