The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is a Department of Defense entity responsible for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navys ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles. This requirement is for Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) who is responsible for the design, manufacture, and repair propellers for the US Navy. NFPC is requesting the purchase of 100 each welding wire Spools of MILSPEC welding wire conforming to: MIL-E-23765/2: MIL-100S-1 Lincoln Electric welding wire to support welding operations within the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC). Proposals are due 19 May 2026 by 2:00 P.M.
