The City of Carlsbad Community Development Department, Planning Division, is requesting a Statement of Qualifications & Proposal from firms to perform a parking study for the Village, Barrio, and beach area neighborhoods for 2026. The study will include data collection and inventory of all public and private parking spaces, parking surveys during peak summer season, and preparation of a parking study reflecting current capacity, conditions, and usage. The agreement will span over one year and requires submission of all raw data files for future reproduction. Proposals must be submitted electronically by June 5, 2026.
