Description

The Coast Guard is proposing minor changes to a Special Local Regulation (SLR) for certain navigable waters of the Columbia River to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from hazards associated with marine events. The proposed rule would prohibit persons and vessels from entering the regulated area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Columbia River.
