Description

The Energy Information Administration (EIA) invites public comment on the proposed three-year extension, without change, to the Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery. This clearance allows EIA to collect customer and stakeholder feedback efficiently to ensure programs meet customer needs and to improve service delivery. The feedback collected is qualitative and used internally to enhance program management and service quality. Comments on this information collection must be received by June 4, 2026.
