The County of San Luis Obispo seeks a Contractor to provide comprehensive management and operation of an on-site employee health clinic designed to support employee health, occupational services including workers’ compensation, and workforce productivity through an integrated service model. The Scope of Work establishes the County’s minimum service, performance, and operational requirements, and proposers shall clearly describe how their proposed solution will meet or exceed these requirements. Proposers shall clearly identify any assumptions, exclusions, or exceptions to the Scope of Work in their proposal response. This document provides guidelines for how to prepare and cost proposals.
